The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping kept my room impeccably clean. I also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service, which made it easy for me to stock up on essentials without leaving the comfort of my room. The room amenities were also of high quality, with heating and air conditioning that allowed me to adjust the temperature to my liking. The free toiletries provided added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

During my Christmas stay, the rooms had an impressive design and an enjoyable atmosphere. it was located near all the great shops and restaurants, so it was convenient to go out and explore the area. Another advantage is that the staff responded to requests promptly and always had a welcoming attitude.

It's not the best place to stay for business. It's mainly for couples, and if there were any issues, it could be challenging to communicate with the hotel staff if you are a foreigner.

The hotel is perfect for couples as it is designed in a Japanese fashion with intimate rooms and dim lights. the location is amazing and is nearby to many restaurants and shops, making it convenient for travelers. Rooms were equipped with a hot tub and a comfortable seating area, which I found to be an excellent advantage. A breakfast buffet was served with various options to choose from which was freshly cooked and delicious.

The only downside to the hotel was that staff members were not very accommodating and responsive.
